Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

1. Data Controller

This notice has been prepared by Votek Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Votek" or the "Company") as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

2. Personal Data Processed

The following personal data may be processed through the contact form, job application channels and email correspondence on our website:

• Identity data (name, surname)
• Contact data (email, phone, country, city)
• Company/work data (company name, subject of request)
• Application data (CV and qualification details submitted with a job application)
• Transaction security data (IP address, cookie data)

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Receiving, evaluating and responding to your contact requests
• Providing information on products, services and supply processes
• Conducting job application and candidate evaluation processes
• Fulfilling legal obligations and providing information to authorities upon request
• Ensuring information security and the operation of the website

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK — namely being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the fulfilment of the data controller's legal obligation, the establishment/exercise/protection of a right, and the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed — and, where required, based on your explicit consent.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to our service providers (e.g. email and hosting providers), authorised public institutions and legally authorised private persons, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your personal data is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through website contact and application forms, email correspondence and cookies.

7. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purposes and in line with the statutory limitation/retention periods; at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Contact form content is not stored in a database; it is only forwarded to the relevant department by email.

8. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction if incomplete/incorrect, to request deletion/destruction, to request that these actions be notified to third parties, to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

9. How to Apply

You can submit requests regarding your rights to info@votek.com.tr or in writing to our Company address. Your requests are concluded free of charge within the periods stipulated by the KVKK and related legislation; however, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.
